Request Additional Time

Consumers requesting an increase in PCA hours will need to have had a significant change in their medical condition or living situation in order for MassHealth to consider any increase in hours. It is also recommended that you have a letter from your primary care physician or nurse practitioner detailing the change in medical condition.
